A New Chapter: Announcing “This Ends With Us”

If you've been following Among Olive Branches for a while, you may have noticed that my blog has been a little quieter than usual over the past several months.

For that, I owe you an apology.

Consistency has always been something I value, and stepping away from my regular writing schedule wasn't a decision I made lightly, but there was a reason for the silence.

For the past several months, I've been pouring my heart into a project that the Lord has laid on my heart for quite some time. It has required countless hours of writing, studying Scripture, praying, revising, and trusting God through the process. There were many days when I had to choose between writing another blog post or continuing the work I believed He was calling me to complete.

Today, I'm incredibly thankful to finally share why.

I'm so excited to announce the release of my new book:

This Ends With Us: Breaking Dysfunctional Cycles to Leave a Faithful Legacy

This book was born from one simple conviction:

By God's grace, what we've inherited does not have to be what we pass on.

Every family has a story. Every one of us has been shaped by the homes we grew up in, the relationships we've experienced, and the examples we've witnessed. Some of those things are beautiful gifts that we gladly carry forward, while others are patterns we quietly wish had ended long before they reached us.

But the good news of the Gospel is that our past does not have the final word.

This book isn't about pretending our wounds don't exist, nor is it about becoming the "perfect" Christian family. It's about something much deeper. It's about allowing Christ to transform our hearts so that our homes, relationships, and everyday lives increasingly reflect His faithfulness.

Throughout these pages, we'll explore what Scripture says about the patterns we inherit, the choices we make, the hope of genuine repentance, the beauty of sanctification, the importance of raising hearts rather than simply managing behavior, and the lasting legacy that grows through ordinary, faithful obedience to God.

At its heart, this isn't simply a book about breaking dysfunctional cycles; it's a book about building generations of faithfulness.

My prayer has been that my readers would walk away seeing Christ more clearly, trusting His Word more deeply, and believing that He truly is able to redeem what sin has broken.

If you've ever wondered whether change is really possible...
If you've ever longed to build a different kind of home...
If you've ever prayed that your children, grandchildren, or those you influence would know a legacy of faith instead of dysfunction...

I wrote this book with you in mind.

Thank you for your patience during these past several months. Thank you for your encouragement, your prayers, and for continuing to walk alongside me here. Your support has meant more than you know, and I'm grateful to finally share this labor of love with you.

I pray that This Ends With Us will encourage you to embrace the hope of the Gospel, pursue faithfulness one day at a time, and remember that, by God's grace, today's obedience can shape generations to come.

You can purchase it on Amazon or through my Shop here on the blog!

With gratitude,
