Refund & Returns Policy

At Among Olive Branches, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. Every planner, printable, and product we create is designed to bless your home, encourage your faith, and help you walk in peaceful purpose.
Because of the nature of our products, please review the policy below before placing your order.
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital file (such as a PDF, printable, or e-book) has been delivered to your inbox or download area, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you experience any technical difficulties with your download (e.g., broken link, corrupt file, or delivery issue), please contact us at sadie@amongolivebranches.com — we’ll gladly help resolve it as quickly as possible.
2. Physical Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, if your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement, please email:

Include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit if the problem was due to damage in shipping or production error.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel a physical product order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we won’t be able to guarantee cancellation.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once processed, as delivery is immediate.
4. Exchanges & Returns
At this time, we do not accept exchanges or general returns for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect item ordered
Printable or file compatibility issues
Personal preference
Please read each product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the correct format (digital or physical) and product type.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be granted under the following verified circumstances:
Duplicate payment or accidental double order
Non-delivery due to technical error on our end
Damaged or defective physical item (as outlined above)
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
